A U2 Fan named Greg shot this video in Werchter, Belgium yesterday evening. The Stageco Staging Group is creating U2's new stage design for the U2 360 Tour. This is the first known video of U2's new stage setup.

I’ve just returned from an evening out with some friends. We met at WEGZ Stadium nestled in the heart Vaughan at Rutherford and Creditstone.

I had a good time and my Southwest Burger was quite tasty. That bring said, let’s elaborate on the service at WEGZ. Before I begin, please read my post from February 26th 2005.

So on my most recent visit (tonight), I first requested that my order be placed on a separate bill. My reason for a separate bill was to relieve the group of any confusion and grief when trying to sort out who pays for what and how much. Another reason for getting a separate bill is the gratuity or ‘tip’. Most restaurants have a policy that any party over 6 people get the gratuity or ‘tip’ added in. I think this is illegal and I hope that all of you challenge this practice. I don’t see why restaurants should include the gratuity in the bill when the service is SHIT! At the end of the evening, I received my bill, and guess what….I found other items on the bill.

Next, I order a second Club Soda. And take another guess as to what happened…I did not get it. Now some of you out there many sympathize with the wait staff, but guess what people, IT’S THEIR JOB TO SERVE AND GET IT RIGHT. Besides, IT’S ONLY A FRIGGEN GLASS OF WATER! How can someone fuck up a glass of bubbly water!! So anyway, as I was saying, I didn’t get my drink.

So from my two requests, the staff got fuck all right.

I see now why the last time I visited WEGZ was in February 2005, and I think I won’t be returning until 2025.

And to those that post a comment such as “It was probably busy, give them a break”. Yah, it’s a Friday night and play-off night; either HIRE MORE STAFF or HIRE COMPETENT staff.

WEGZ is ZHIT!!

Late last winter, I wanted to work on a ‘photo a day’ photography project. My excuse for not beginning the assignment was the weather. I’d tell myself to start in the summer months so it would be easier for me to walk around and enjoy the weather as well. Well, it’s now fall and I didn’t even think about the assignment over the summer time.

So today, I decided to start my project. My photo a day project will be called ‘P31’, that’s PHOTOGRAPHY 31 (DAYS). So for the next 31 days, I will be taking a photo a day and posting it on my site. Now there’s now theme, just a random shot taken wherever I happen to be.

Some of you out there may have noticed that there were no PN Chronicle updates for weeks 6 & 7. After a bit of bad luck, I was totally distracted with other occurring events in my family.

For week 6, I didn't get a chance to do a weight in, for week 7, I managed to remember to weigh in but a day later than when I usually weigh in. But during the two weeks, I stayed very close following the the PN guide lines and have not seen any fluctuations in my weight. I guess that's good news.

Now for my week 8 update, again no change. It's actually a bit annoying but I'm going to TRY my hardest and hit my weekend goal of 175lbs. So that's 2 lbs from my current weight. There weather has been decent, a little breezy at times bringing the temperature down but it's perfectly fine for jogging/running.

So this week, I'm going to add some cardio on my off days from the gym. SO that's Tuesday and Thursday, but if I feel cheeky maybe some cardio on my workout days in the evening.

So a buddy at work who's Veary creative created a little cartoon character after me.

I guess he was inspired the amounts of veges I munch on throughout the day. The character is named CIAMPER and as you can tell by the title, he's a hamster. I have to admit, he's a cute little guy.

I think CIAMPER was created in retaliation to the character I created and named after my buddy. But let's not get it that right now, let is now introduce CIAMPER THE HAMSTER:
